You don’t need to scrub them out often unless they have no “exit hole” and you finish inside but if your a finish inside a single hole onahole type of guy then you probably need this to scrub yours out. I rarely as fleshlights clean easy with just a rinse but it is good to clean them semi often. I didn’t like how fragile the brush thing is though but overall its fine and serves the purpose
